Skill Creation

Step 1: Open Skills from the left navigation menu. Click the “+ Create” button to choose a skill creation method.

4.1.1. Create a Skill by Uploading ZIP

Step 1: Select “Upload ZIP” from the creation menu. Enter the Skill Name and Skill Description.

Step 2: Click “Browse Files” to select the ZIP file from the device.

Note: Make sure the skill name defined in the SKILL.md file inside the ZIP matches the Skill Name entered in the form.

Step 3: Click “Add Skills” to complete the upload and create the skill.

4.1.2. Create a Skill with Editor

Step 1: Select “Create with Editor”. In the SKILL.md editor, enter the skill Name, Description and Instructions. The instructions describe how the skill should perform its task.

Step 2 (Optional): Click “Upload” to attach a supporting file from the device. Uploaded files can be renamed or deleted in the file list.

Step 3 (Optional): Click the “+” button beside "Upload" to add a file by specifying its name or relative path. Use a path such as “scripts/helper.py” to place a file inside a folder, then click “Add”.

Step 5: After completing SKILL.md and any supporting files, click “Create” to save the skill.
