Add new sources to the existing Knowledge Base

Step 1: Select the existing knowledge base to view the details.

Step 2: The user can select the “+Add New” button to add new sources and follow the same procedures as under the 2.2.

Step 3: After a new source is added, the alert for unsaved changes will appear. Click the “Save changes” button to save the newly added source.

Step 4: “Data store update process started.” message will appear and the status will change to “Processing”.

Step 5: “Knowledge Base updated successfully” message will appear and the status will change to “Trained”. Now, the new data is added to the Knowledge Base.
